When Will My Order Ship?

All standard orders have a 1 to 2 *Business day processing time *before they are shipped out, regardless of the shipping option chosen. Orders are NOT processed or delivered on weekends or holidays. If you order after 2 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) on any given day, the order will not go into the system until the following Business day. International shipments are subject to a longer processing time. Please allow an additional time to process and ship your order.

Domestic Shipments (US)

Once a package has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the customer within 24 hours. Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. To view your shipping charges for a particular item, add that item to your shopping cart and pricing for shipment will calculate.  Oversized Shipments are subject to higher shipping costs & are not eligable for free shipping...

What Qualifies For Free Shipping?

Free shipping U.S. Orders, Over $100 applies to U.S. shipped orders with Subtotal of $100 USD or more.  - U.S. shipped orders applies to UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE DOMESTIC deliveries ONLY in the 48 contiguous states, excludes Alaska & Hawaii. - FedEx & expedited shipping methods are not eligible for free shipping. - The subtotal is the total cost of all items in the cart after promo codes have been applied & before tax.

What If My Order Is Returned Due To Incorrect Shipping Information?

Unfortunately when a package is returned to sender we do not have the ability to resend the items. Once our warehouse has inspected and processed the package, we will get a notification of the returned shipment and issue you a refund for your items.  If you still would like to get the items, you will have to order them again. In the case the error was our mistake in putting the wrong shipping address onto the shipping label, we will re-deliver it to you without any additional shipping costs.

Can I Ship To United States Military Addresses (APO/FPO)?

Military addresses are shipped via the United States Postal Service ONLY & are not subject to the same international shipping standard. You can ship to military address using any offered United States Postal Service shipping option the same as you would ship to a normal US address. Our offered FedEx shipping methods do not have the ability to deliver to military address.
