What Is The Return Policy For Sale Offers / Promotional Offers?
If you return an item bought as part of a bundle or with a promotional discount and you do not return everything. We will reimburse you for what you do return, minus the value of the discount or freebie.
The return process can be started on IRONMANstore.com using the links below. If you are creating a new return request, please use the "Request New Return" located on the "My Returns" page.
If you have an account, use the Account link to login to your account. After logging in, click the RETURNS Tab to start your return.
If you do not have an account, use the Guest link. Items that do not meet the stated requirements will not receive an RMA number and are ineligible to return/exchange.
What Orders Are Qualified To Be Returned/Exchanged?
Your item may only be returned/exchanged under the following conditions:
1. The item(s) must have been purchased on www.ironmanstore.com.
2. The item(s) must be in their Original condition with Tags attached.
3. The item(s) need to be returned within 30 days of receipt of the item.
